MAIN HOUSE


The Kitchen Pavilion

The heart of the villa is a generous, fully equipped open kitchen designed as a true living space rather than a traditional cooking area. Large sliding glass windows allow it to open fully to the outdoors, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor experience.


Living Room

A comfortable living area with a large sofa, ideal for relaxing while listening to music on a professional Hi-Fi system or watching streaming services on the TV.


Master Bedroom

A large bedroom with a private veranda, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks.
 


Studio Bedroom

A room lined with books and DVDs from the owners’ collection, overlooking the garden and just steps from the sea.


Backyard Bedroom

A smaller room at the rear of the villa, perfect for maximum privacy.


Laundry

Equipped with a sink and washing machines, perfect for cleaning clothes and swimsuits after a day at the beach.
OUTDOOR


The Veranda - Lounge Area

Situated below the entrance terrace, this veranda welcomes guests like a nest, with a huge horseshoe-shaped sofa and hammocks for relaxing.


The Stars Terrace

On the roof above the kitchen, this terrace offers the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets and gaze at the starry sky in complete silence.


BBQ and Wood Oven

Just a few steps outside the kitchen, the BBQ area and wood-fired oven allow for traditional, unforgettable meals.


GUEST HOUSE


Master Garden View Room

A smaller room at the rear of the villa, perfect for maximum.


Garden View Room

Located in the guest house, the master bedroom with views over the Mediterranean garden.


Kitchen

The Guest House has a large bathroom with shower, a laundry area, and a small kitchen for preparing light breakfasts or quick lunches.


Garage Room

A versatile space for storing marine equipment, surfboards, snorkels, bicycles, or rental motors, or alternatively, it can be used as an additional lounge area.


Garden

The garden is a mediterranean landscape of aromatic herbs, olive trees, and tall bamboo canes that gently sway in the breeze.
