The heart of the villa is a spacious, open kitchen that can also be closed off with large sliding windows.
Fully equipped, it features a central island and a dining table perfect for charming dinners. Just a few steps outside, the BBQ area and wood-fired oven allow for traditional, unforgettable meals.
The living area has a large sofa, ideal for relaxing while listening to music on a professional sound system or watching streaming services on the TV.

A large bedroom with a private veranda, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks.
Studio Bedroom (2)
A room lined with books and DVDs from the owners’ collection, overlooking the garden and just steps from the sea.

A smaller room at the rear of the villa, perfect for maximum privacy.
Adiacent to this room, is a room equipped with a sink and washing machines, perfect for cleaning clothes and swimsuits after a day at the beach.

On the roof above the kitchen, this terrace offers the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets and gaze at the starry sky in complete silence.
